Delivery times: as usual (as indicated on the product page), but please consider an additional week. There are holidays to be celebrated... by everyone!

After sales follow up: email response within 48 hours, replacement parts can be expected within the usual approximate 10 days.

Off course, PETIT PUK will be open for shopping, during the holiday season, however, please keep in mind that orders are being processed more slowly (all manual, human work), which means that the delivery time is expected to be extended.
