ROCKING HORSES | The rocking horses are shipped out from our wood workshop in the Netherlands, once a week, (almost) always on Thursday. You will receive an automated tracking link once the horse has left our stables. Contact us to check if your order can make it in time!
WOOD WORKS; BEDS, DESK, SHELVES, WARDROBES, CHAIRS | Beds and other woodworks are made to order and take between 2 and 4 weeks to be shipped. Each product listing states the expected delivery time, as this is different for each product.

MATTRESSES | Ordered together with the bed, but shipped separately. Because bed-builders cannot be mattress-sewers at the same time:-). Depending on where you live, the mattress will be delivered either with courier company Good Services (in the Netherlands) or with the Postal Services. Either way, you will receive a tracking code or a delivery update per sms.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking link. From there on, please keep tracking for the most accurate delivery prediction or take control by planning your delivery date, through the link. Please note, with upcoming holidays in mind, you can arrange for adapted shipping, so you can receive your package after your little getaway. By simply amending the delivery date after the receiving the tracking code, you take back control! Unsure how to? Connect and we will help.

In case you wish to return your order, please take the following in consideration, as returning a bed, mattress is somewhat more impactful than returning a pair of shoes... We just think it is fair to be upfront about this.
1. Cost of return to our EU warehouse are to be covered by the buyer. As we are not aware of your local courier-regulations we can not help to get this return organized.
2. The environment does not fancy returns so much. Another ride...
3. Please remember that we, in case of a damaged delivery to you, are always on your side to make sure you get replacement parts as quickly as possible. We also offer 2 years warrantee on our items.
