Summer 2023: deliveries & after sales

PETIT PUK will be open for you during summer, however, some of our workshops take a break. Therefor please be informed as follows:

NO SHIPMENTS BETWEEN 29 JULY-15 AUGUST FOR MODELS:

CATO, TED, KICK (express), FLORE  (express), BETTY (express), NOLITA (express), TOMMY (express), TIPI LE GRAND (express), DOLORES, OLIVE, FIG, MATILDA, BENITO, CATO, TED.

RE-OPENING; AUGUST 16TH. 

 

ALL OTHER PRODUCTS: Delivery times: to be expected as normal,

After sales follow up: email response within 24 hours, replacement parts can be expected within the usual approximate 10 days. 

 

On a personal note;  we are wishing you all a marvelous summer,  with lots of icecream,  cherishable little moments and big chillings.

Remember, kids wont be kids for always. Enjoy these precious family (holiday) times, before they spread their wings into the big world.
